US OIL & GAS: Storage rises, despite lower production and rig count (25 April 2016)

US oil and gas stocks rose last week, despite both their production and associated rig counts falling, data from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA) and services firm Baker Hughes show. Rigs -Gas rigs ticked down to 88 last week, touching the low end of the 88-94 range the count has held since early March. The figure was down week on week (-1%), month on month (-4%) and year on year (-61%).
