Dow to boost Schkopau and Bohlen

Dow Chemical is planning to double its German production of polyethylene, which is currently 350 000 tonne/year; polypropylene, 210 000 tonne/year; and polystyrene, 130 000 tonne/year, by the end of the decade, with a euro1.8bn investment in its Schkopau site.
