Videocon mulls asset sale

Videocon Industries is considering offloading its upstream oil and gas assets so that it can pay off its debts now that oil prices has risen higher than US $50/bbl, according to chairman Venugopal N Dhoot. In February, benchmark Brent crude sunk to a 13-year low of $27/bbl but last week hit $52/bbl.
