Akastor to sell Fjords Processing

Akastor has agreed to sell Fjords Processing to National Oilwell Varco (NOV) for US $145.9m (NOK 1.2 Bn) on a debt-free and cash-free basis. The sale will see Akastor making a profit of approximately $79.1m (NOK 650m), which will be booked in its Q4 results. The deal is expected to release around $139.9m (NOK 1.150 Bn) in cash for Akastor.
