Armour Energy has agreed terms with private equity player MH Carnegie & Co for a staged investment of up to US $17.5m to fund the restart of gas production from Armour’s Kincora oil and gas project on the Roma Shelf, Queensland, Australia. Under the agreed terms, the MH Carnegie Convertible Notes subscription may total up to $17.5m and will be subscribed for in several tranches:
