ONGC-Reliance MoU

India’s state-owned Oil & Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with fellow Indian firm Reliance, which could see the companies sharing Reliance’s infrastructure on India’s east coast. ONGC said the MoU would help minimise its capital expenditure, as well as speed up the development of its deepwater fields, which lie near Reliance’s infrastructure.
