Spike Exploration has acquired 15% of Dyas UK’s 32.5% working interest in the Athena oil field offshore the UK. This is Spike’s first acquisition in the UK and underpins the company’s growth plans for the UK Continental Shelf, where the company said it has ambitions to become a significant exploration player.
