Cape wins Wheatstone work

UK player Cape has been handed a second contract for Chevron’s Wheatstone LNG project offshore Western Australia. The US $251m deal was awarded by Bechtel and will see it provide painting, insulation and fireproofing services at the $29 Bn Wheatstone project. The contract is set to create nearly 500 jobs in Australia, all onsite at Ashburton North, 12km west of Onslow.
