Kosmos seals Irish farm-in

Canada’s Antrim Energy has agreed a farm-out deal with Kosmos Energy for Licensing Option 11/05 (LO 11/05) in the Porcupine Basin offshore western Ireland. Kosmos will acquire a 75% stake in LO 11/05 (also called the Skellig Block) and become and operator in exchange for carrying the full costs of a planned 3D seismic programme on the block.
