Partners 3D Oil and Malaysia’s Hibiscus Petroleum will use a leased Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU) to develop the West Seahorse oil field in VIC/P57 offshore Victoria, Australia. Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) for the development has started with the contract awarded to Australian engineering player WorleyParsons.
