Viking Energy has agreed a deal to finance and develop three small oil fields offshore the Philippines, one of which was shut down last year. Viking will earn a 60% equity interest in Block SC 54A and assume operatorship by financing the development of the Yakal, Tindalo and Nido 1X1 fields.
