GDF Suez has successfully completed its second high pressure/high temperature (HP/HT) North Sea well. The company confirmed that the 30/1a-11 Faraday exploration well has been successfully plugged and abandoned as a gas-condensate discovery having reached a total depth of 18,362ft (5,600m).
