Oil traffic boosts Aberdeen

The recovery in the oil and gas sector following the downturn in 2009 has been reflected in Aberdeen Harbour's annual results for 2010. Overall vessel tonnage reached its highest ever level with more than 24.2m gross tonnes of shipping handled, exceeding 24m gross tonnes for the fourth year in succession.
