Italy’s Eni and South Africa’s state player PetroSAhave signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) to set up a mutual co-operation betweenthe companies in South Africa and abroad.“The companies will evaluate the eventualacquisition by either party of participating inter-ests in upstream projects for the development ofboth conventional and unconventional hydrocar-bons. Moreover, the parties will evaluate theopportunity to participate jointly in projects inother African countries,” said Eni.
