Serica Energy is gearing up for its 2009 exploration programme with two wells planned offshore Ireland and one in Vietnam.Announcing that it had narrowed its losses in 2008 to US $1m, compared to a loss of $13m in 2007, the company said it will be targeting the Bandon prospect offshore Ireland in May, as well as the Conan prospect in the East Irish Sea, where a well is planned for the second half of this year.
