Rocksource Sells PL 602 Stake to Statoil

Rocksource has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Statoil related to the PL 602 license in the Norwegian Sea. PL 602 is located immediately to the west of the Statoil operated Aasta Hansteen field development, expected to come on stream in 2017. Through the SPA Statoil will acquire Rocksource's 10% interest in the license.
