Ineos Wraps Up UK North Sea Gas Deal

Privately held chemicals giant Ineos has wrapped up its $750 million purchase of a raft of UK North Sea gas assets from LetterOne affiliate Dea Deutsche Erdoel AG (IOD Oct.13'15). "The platforms, infrastructure and the highly skilled team that runs them will form part of the new Ineos Breagh business division that will be based in London," the company said on Tuesday.
