Market Eye: China's Product Exports Growth to Slow

China's growth in exports of key products is expected to slow this year, a development that could potentially help ease some of the downward pressure expected to hit Asian markets this year. Consultancy FGE expects growth of gasoline and gasoil exports to average around 20,000 barrels per day this year, which would would be a relatively sharp throttling back versus last year, when combined gasoil and gasoline exports rose by 32,000 b/d from 2013, reaching a total of 197,000 b/d.
