摘要

Russia's energy ministry has penciled in crude oil shipments to countries outside the former Soviet Union via the system of national pipeline operator Transneft at 4.23 million barrels per day (52.48 million metric tons) for the second quarter, down by 161,000 b/d due to lower planned exports from Baltic Sea outlets. Excluding transit volumes from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan, Russian shipments alone are expected to drop by 158,000 b/d to 3.79 million b/d in April-June. The loading schedule has a "business as usual" feel, with the exception of possible glitches involving supplies to refineries in Ukraine, where Moscow and Kiev are at odds over the former's annexation of Crimea (IOD Mar.20'14).
