IOCs Respond to Bloodshed in Egypt

International oil companies in Egypt were among those to shut their offices on Thursday after bloodshed on the streets of Cairo and other cities a day earlier left scores dead during a crackdown by the country's military government. Upstream operations across Egypt, according to company sources, however appeared unaffected.
