Russia's top independent gas producer Novatek has agreed with Norway's Statoil to buy the latter's liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) retail network in Poland. Under the deal, Novatek will acquire LPG storing plants and an LPG retail network. Novatek also takes over the rights and obligations of the lease and installation of LPG gas supply agreements with existing customers of Statoil.
