Fastnet in Farm-Out Talks

UK and Ireland-listed Fastnet Oil & Gas said it is in advanced discussions with international oil and gas companies for a farm-out deal for its assets in the Celtic Sea, and expects an agreement to be reached this Summer. The company said the terms are expected to involve a contribution to past costs, including 3-D seismic. Fastnet last month updated the reserves in the Deep Kinsale prospect in the Celtic Sea Basin, offshore Ireland, and said it completed 3-D seismic work over the area (IOD May23'13).
