India, Indonesia Advance LNG Terminal Plans

Petronet LNG's 5 million ton per year Kochi terminal in southern India will offer reloading facilities when it starts up in October, the company's general manager, S.B. Singh, told an industry gathering in Singapore last week. Plans are in place to supply 10,000-20,000 cubic meter cargoes to "neighboring countries," Singh said. While he declined to name the countries, it was reported in October that Sri Lanka would receive modest deliveries of LNG from Kochi (IOD Oct.6'11).
