CNOOC Starts Lufeng Output

State firm China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) has started new production from the Lufeng 13-2 project in the Pearl River Basin in the eastern South China Sea. The field first started producing in 2005 from three horizontal wells. The project is located in the western part of Block LF8 in water depth of 132 meters.
