UK fuel tanker drivers have voted against a settlement drawn up last week between their trade unions and employers at the conciliation service Acas, but the rejection may not yet trigger a strike. Unite, the union representing over 1,200 tanker drivers involved in this dispute, said it will now seek further talks with the six leading oil distribution firms, and seek Acas' help in this.
