摘要

The global oil market has turned the corner, with inventories rising in the first quarter of this year after a decline of more than 10 consecutive quarters, the International Energy Agency (IEA) said in its latest Oil Market Report. The agency reported an implied global stockbuild of 1.2 million barrels per day for the January-March quarter, despite additional supply disruptions in non-Opec countries and signs that US and EU sanctions against Iran are now starting to bite (IOD Apr.11'12).
