Aurelian Secures Polish Shale Funding

UK-listed shale specialist Aurelian is teaming up with 13.8% shareholder Kulczyk Investments to seek out and invest in up- stream oil and gas projects in Poland. The companies formalized their "strategic partnership" through a so-called relationship and area of mutual interest agreement, Aure- lian said on Monday. They will also cooper- ate in gas marketing, the procurement of oil- field services and, in time, the procurement of midstream processing and production in- frastructure through the venture.
