Japanese Stocks Fall

Led by gasoil, Japan's oil product stocks fell by more than 1.2 million bbl, or 1.6%, to 75.75 million bbl in the week to Feb. 19, according to figures re- leased this week by the Petroleum Asso- ciation of Japan.
