Lukoil, Gazprom Ink Gas Deal

Top Russian independent oil producer Lukoil late last week signed a deal with Gazprom to supply the state-controlled gia with gas from fields in two promising production regions. The new agreement will see gas from the Bolshekhetskaya Depression, which is locate in the northern Yamal-Nenets autonomous r gion, enter Gazprom's pipeline system near the Yamburgskaya compressor station from 2012, when the supplied gas volume is expected to reach 8.35 Bcm (IOD Nov.5,p3).
