Two More Jackups for Noble

Noble Corp. has exercised an option with Sembcorp Marine and ordered two new shallow-water rigs for $470 million. Noble had previously ordered two jack-ups from Sembcorp late last year, so the latest order brings the total number of shallow-water rigs the company has under construction to four.
