ConocoPhillips said Monday it has recovered nearly 2,000 bbl of mineral oil-based mud (OBM) from the C platform at its Peng Lai 19-3 field in China's Bohai Bay. This follows revelations last week that more oil had flowed from the platform than previously thought since two oil spills in June (IOD Aug.15'11).
