Transocean, the owner of the Deepwater Horizon drilling rig that was destroyed in the BP oil spill disaster last year, incurred anoth- er $28 million in expenses associated with the incident during the fourth quarter of last year, or $25 million after tax. Those expenses - which include legal and internal investigation costs, professional fees and increased insurance premiums - brought the full-year total to $137 million or $116 million after tax.
