PTTEP Makes Oz Gas Find

Thailand’s state PTT Exploration andProduction (PTTEP) has struck natural gasand condensate at its Cash-2 appraisalwell in the Cash-Maple field in the TimorSea off Australia. Flow-rate testing wasconducted in two zones, with the welldrilled to a total depth of 4,135 meters.The first zone indicated a flow rate ofaround 28 MMcf/d and 737 b/d of con-densate. The second showed a flow rate of30 MMcf/d and 663 b/d, PTTEP said in astatement to the Thai stock exchange.
