Eni, Gazprom Agree to Swap

Italian Eni said Monday that it and Gazprom had agreed the terms of the Russ- ian gas giant’s entry into the Elephant project in Libya. The agreement will be finalized in the coming days, after which it will be sub- mitted to Libyan authorities for approval.
