Osaka Gas to Buy Sakhalin LNG

Japan's Osaka Gas has joined the list of LNG buyers from the Sakhalin-2 LNG and oil project off the Russian Far East. Project operator Sakhalin Energy - led by Gazprom and Royal Dutch Shell - said Wednesday it has signed an LNG sales and purchase agreement (SPA) with the Japanese utility to deliver around 200,000 tons/yr of LNG for over 20 years.
