Japan has become the latest country to ink a memorandum of understanding on nuclear cooperation with the UAE. The deal was signed Monday by Saif Sultan aI-Aryani, undersecretary of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Takamori Yoshikawa, senior vice minister at Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
