Offers are thought to have been received against the inquiry but no conclusions have been drawn yet. Toros procures 15,000-25,000t a month for consumption by its Samsun sulphur burner, exclusively on the spot market. The company's last purchase of 20,000t for end-September delivery was secured in the low-$70s/t cfr.
