Both the low end and the high end were set by bids and offers, respectively, while unconfirmed sales were mostly done at or around the midpoint of $235/t cfr. Major suppliers confirmed offers remain at $240/t cfr, but demand is waning seasonally, and access to credit is a growing issue.
