Compo Steel building team to capture rail, mining growth

Compo Steel Products Inc. is increasing its work force and materials via the use of an economic development loan in an effort to meet growing demand from the rail and mining industries.The Milwaukee-based metal fabricator will add jobs with the help of the loan from the Northwest Side Community Development Corp. (NWSCDC) and the Milwaukee Economic Development Corp. (MEDC), according to John R. Perry III, president, chief executive officer and majority shareholder of Compo Steel.
