Multiple trade complaints will be filed against a host of steel products this year as injury from imports threatens to force some domestic mills into bankruptcy, according to a leading trade attorney. Trade cases may be time consuming, but injury won’t be difficult to demonstrate going forward, said Roger Schagrin, a trade attorney at Washington-based law firm Schagrin Associates.
