Stricter Indiana scrap bill heading to Senate

Scrap metal recyclers in Indiana are one step closer to being required to obtain proof of ownership of certain metals. H.B.1441 has been approved by the state House of Representatives and now goes before the state Senate. If the bill passes, the changes will go into effect July 1.
