Stainless producers' surcharges are mixed for November, with slight moves across most grades. Outokumpu Stainless USA LLC, Calvert, Ala., set its November surcharges at 63.92 cents per pound for Type 304 material, up slightly from 63.9 cents in October; 43.33 cents for Type 201, up 0.4 percent from 43.16 cents; and 87.61 cents for Type 316, off 0.5 percent from 88.07 cents.
