Recovering aerospace mart spurs PCC

Rising build rates in the commercial aerospace industry are prompting Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) to accelerate hiring and speed up planned capital investments. Chairman and chief executive officer Mark Donegan said that higher airline production rates "are beginning to work into our casting and forging delivery schedules and start to ramp up" in the second half of PCC's fiscal year.
