DuPont warns over new US herbicide

DuPont has warned US turf management professionals not to apply its new turf herbicide, Imprelis (aminocyclopyrachlor), near certain trees because of reports of damage. The company has taken the precautionary step while it investigates what may have caused the symptoms being reported. Most of the cases involve Norway spruce and white pine. DuPont has advised against applying the herbicide where these trees are present on, or in close proximity to, the property to be treated.
