Hyderabad, India: Deepak Nitrite Ltd has announced that it has received an order from the Telangana State Pollution Control Board (TSPCB) for closure of one of its three manufacturing units located at Hyderabad. Deepak Nitrite manufactures DASDA (diamino stilbene disulfonic acid); a chemical used in the manufacturing of optical brightening agents (OBA), at its Hyderabad facility and the unit, for which order has been received, is a processing unit. The company's DASDA production will be affected due to the TSPCB's directive.
