DUPONT HAS agreed to pay us16.5 million over Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) allegations that it failed to report health-impact data on per-fluorooctanoic acid (PFOA).The EPA said the settlement is the largest civil administrative fine that it has ever obtained under any federal environmental statute.
