Vikas EcoTech setting up PVC stabiliser plant in Dahej

Vikas EcoTech Ltd. (formerly Vikas Global One Ltd.), the New Delhi-based manufacturer of speciality polymers, compounds and additives, has commenced the construction of phase I of its manufacturing plant and innovation centre at Dahej, Gujarat. The plant, to be built at an investment of Rs. 30-crore, will produce 6,000-tpa of organotin stabilisers (methyl tin mercaptide or MTM) and 5,000-tpa of speciality polymer compounds annually. This will be the company's third manufacturing plant, after Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir, the latter being currently integrated with the first to drive economies of scale.
