CORCON 2014 emphasises need for corrosion audits, prevention measures and standardisation norms

Mr. Ananth Kumar, Union Minister of Chemicals and Fertilisers, has called on the industry to go in for corrosion audit, corrosion control planning and management and put in place standardisation norms. He also assured the industry the ministry's support in pursuing these initiatives. Mr. Kumar was speaking at 'CORCON 2014' - a leading international conference and expo on corrosion engineering and science - in Mumbai recently.
