Plastindia - the international exhibition for the plastics industry - is the 'must attend' event for stakeholders. Held every three years, and organised by the Plastindia Foundation, this year's event in early February was the largest ever held in the country, with almost all companies that matter showcasing products and services to tens of thousands of visitors. Those that decided to stay away - and there were a few companies missing - opted to do so, probably miffed at not getting exhibition space to their liking.
