Shell's Singaporean ethylene cracker complex to start functioning soon

Shell is in the process of starting the operations of its new Ethylene Cracker Complex (ECC) in its Singaporean petrochemical complex. The company announced that majority of the construction works for the plant have been completed, and, the commissioning activities are currently underway.
